Standard Return Policy

Return Window: Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Eligibility: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Provide your order number, details of the item(s) for return, and the reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all accepted returns.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
