Chilled Water Air-Conditioners are very common in the Philippines, especially in the city where there is a lot of sales opportunities with retail shops, malls and entertainment spaces.
Water Cooled Air-Conditioners are less common but some commercial spaces have started to embrace this mode of Air-Conditioning.
There is no refrigerant in an FCU, think of it only as a fan, but there is a cold pipe behind it, from the chilled water, therefore your Air will be Colder.
